Take a look at the artwork that 2C have produced this afternoon. They are amazing!
We have been learning about the mountain gorilla and the children’s artwork is going to go up on our display along with some fantastic fact files that they have also created. I am super impressed!

6P/5B have spent some time in Narnia this afternoon creating their own art masterpieces.
Artist Andy Goldsworthy OBE is a prolific British sculptor, photographer and environmentalist who produces amazing land art situated in both natural and urban environments.
Inspired by Andy’s awesome art (focusing on shape, form and colour) our own budding artists had a scout around in the forest to find natural materials to inspire their creativity, then worked together to explore ideas.
I’m sure you will enjoy their creations.

6P had a lovely, creative day yesterday.
Using natural materials they could find around school, they created some patterns and art. We looked at the art of Andy Goldsworthy to get ideas.
Some children wrote messages while others created elaborate mandala style patterns.
