Primrose Trip To Heaton Park

Primrose class had an amazing time at Heaton Park. The park keeper took us on a spring trail, where we met Scarlett the squirrel, who helped us find our way around the park. We looked at park maps, made arrows to follow, and learned all about directions. We also explored the different sounds sticks made when we banged them against various things in the park. The children enjoyed investigating spring, using magnifying glasses to look closely at spring flowers and collecting natural objects to make a bird’s nest. A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped make our trip so special.

Nursery Trip to St Annes Beach

Today was a truly wonderful day for our nursery children as we enjoyed a sunny and fun-filled trip to the beach! The children had an amazing time building sandcastles, playing in the sand, and soaking up the sunshine. We all shared a lovely picnic lunch right on the beach, followed by a delicious treat of ice cream that brought lots of smiles. The coach ride there and back was full of excitement, and after such a busy day of fun, some of the children happily drifted off for a well-deserved nap on the way home. It was a joyful and memorable day for everyone!
