The children have settled into Year 1 beautifully and we are really proud of some of their lovely learning during their first week!

They have enjoyed all the challenge areas where they have used their ‘voice’ to share their opinions of what they like and would choose.

In our History lesson the children have started to explore old and new toys as part of our topic title ‘Who’s toys are more exciting, ours or our great grandparents?’ They loved exploring what all the toys could do, what they were made out of and whether they thought it was a modern day or old toy.
