Year 1 have had a great first day back. We were surprised with a note from the character Handa, asking us to find her fruit around Bowker Vale.
She left us a map to follow and we set off. The children were fantastic at using the map to navigate around Bowker Vale and we were able to find all the fruit out of her basket.
At the end of the day we were surprised again with a treat from the Easter bunny, who said he was so proud of all the lovely learning the children in year 1 are doing and that he had to make one last drop off before he rested for a year!
