Key stage two had a real treat this morning when they had a special visit from Colour Sergeant Mc Avoy.  Colour Sergeant Mc Avoy told the children all about his career in the army.  He also showed the children his vast kit.  The children listened enthusiastically and had their many questions answered.

After the assembly, Colour Sergeant Mc Avoy spoke further to year six and they even got to wear some of his kit!
