Today, Tiger Class have had lots of fun learning about and celebrating Chinese New Year. We learnt about China, the animals included in ‘The Great Race’ and shared red envelopes with each other.

Over the past two weeks, Tiger class have been learning about ‘people who help us’ and different job roles within the emergency services.

I think we are in safe hands with our fire fighters and police officers!

This half term, we have been reading ‘Pumpkin Soup’ by Helen Cooper.

Tiger class followed instructions and spent time in the school kitchen preparing pumpkin soup for everyone to try. It tasted delicious!

Tiger class enjoyed learning about all the things that make us different from one another and how to celebrate each other’s differences.

We read the book ‘Anyone Can Be My Friend’ and created a class tree together to show that everybody is an important member of our class.
