Thank you to all our children, families and staff for being such a fantastic team. None of us thought, almost 12 months ago, that we would still be in this situation, where COVID has affected our school life so much.

I think the way you, our families, have adapted to the change has been exceptional and I really thank you for your support.

Our pupils have always made me proud, but I think they have gone above and beyond in showing resilience, creativity and enthusiasm during this time. Our Super Learning Powers really are very well embedded.

We know now, from the Secretary of State, that we will be given 2 weeks notice to prepare for a full school return. We don’t know when that is likely to be.

For now, we must all continue to follow the rules and keep ourselves and our community safe until we come through the other side of this.
