Good afternoon 6D. As you will be aware, we will be having our learning at home this week and next week.
Each day, by 9.30am, there will be tasks set on the blog. One for English, one for maths and one other (science, topic or creative). You will be expected to complete these tasks all on the day they are set (unless we say differently) and send your work, by 2:30pm, to –
class6d@bowkervale.manchester.sch.uk
Please do NOT reply through the blog.
If you have a younger brother or sister, then they should bring a home learning pack home for you after school today. If you don’t have any siblings, then a pack will be sent to you through the post. You can work through the maths and English tasks at any time, but please save the topic task about the Battle of the Somme until next week.
We will also have some ‘live sessions’ via Google Meet to see each other and complete some work.
Please do not worry. We are all in the same boat! Like Mrs Pendleton has said in her post to 6P, remember to take breaks, exercise, rest, get fresh air (only in your own garden obviously) read, read and read some more and practice your times tables (you can access Times Tables Rock Stars at anytime).
We are amazing 6D and we can do this!
