World War 1 started on 18th of November 1916,it finished in 11th of November 1918 and Mainly in Europe.It all started with a guy called Franz Ferdinand,who got assassinated by a group called the Black Hand Gang from Serbia.One of the battles in World War 1 is The Battle of Somme ,it started on 1st of July 1916-1918,and it was the largest battlefield they had ever used. Other country’s joined other country’s such as ,Britain,France and Russia joined the Triple Entente, while Germany,Austria,Hungary and Italy joined the Triple Alliance.Britain,France and the US won the World War 1 and that happened in 1914-1919.Germany was the main loser, along with Austria and Hungary.
