The main characters in the Jungle book are, Mowgli,Bagheera,Baloo, Akela, Shere Khan, Kaa and Grey Brother.

I disliked this book because Mowgli grows up so fast. He is also forced to choose between the village and the jungle. As well as that Mowgli’s real parents never know that he is the one rolled into the jungle and was actually their orginal son,not just some boy that looks like him.

This book I think is for people who like an adventure, action and they are not scared with all the death, blood and killing. For age matters i would say (7-11)  so  if you want to read the Jungle Book. this is what I recomend.
