Dear diary,

today was the most strangest day I have ever had.   There were mermaids all around me and they were all heading in the same direction. I looked closer to see where they were going and it looked like a gigantic underwater castle. Wondering what to do, I decided to swim along side them, but I made sure I was hidden. One mermaid caught my eye. All the other mermaids and mermen had aqua coloured eyes, but she had green eyes and wasn’t swimming like the rest of them. I plucked up the courage to ask her why, then…
