To start of with you will need to fill a bottle with 3 quarters of water inside, put it on the window, but make sure half of it is hanging of. 

when the sun shines on the see through bottle put paper on the floor, but you need to put the paper where the sun is shining on the floor.

if there is a rainbow you have done it right.
