My first 6 weeks of year 6 have been really good .

In maths we have recently doing algebra ,but its hard. We have also been doing decimals, converting fractions, using different  written methods, equivalent fractions, simplifying fractions, ordering fractions, converting mixed numbers, percentages,ratio and percentages.

In English we have been doing lots as well.

We have been looking at biographies, finding information, doing a performance from using some research, writing biographies, creating poems,  ideas for poetry, creating images with writing, improving poetry, commenting on the author’s intent, showing understanding on what we have read (War Horse) and making inferences about a characters feelings .
